Hats off to Erdington Hall who played back-to-back matches in the Corporate Clothing Division at Lea Forest on Tuesday evening. Despite losing both games, Hall left Kitts Green with their heads held high and plaudits showered on them from the home side for their undying spirit.
Hosts, Lea Forest defeated Hall in a tight game, 2-1. Hall gave everything trying to muster a point. However it wasn't to be. They then had a quick turnaround and faced a fresher Audley side who eventually ran out 4-1 winners. Hall never gave up however and although they left Kitts Green with no points they certainly left with dignity and pride well in tact.
