Champions End Season on High!

Paget wrap up league campaign but fall short; Stone grab first win.
Reigning champions, Paget, ended their La Liga season on Tuesday afternoon at a sunny but blustery Hillstone but it was in stark contrast to the emotions of eleven months ago when they celebrated their ESPSFA League title win.
Going into their final matches of a stuttering campaign, the champions knew they were out of the running for the play-off spots, however, Paget were not to be deterred and left Shard End with maximum points following two narrow victories: 2-1 vs Colebourne and 1-0 over hosts, Hillstone.
In the afternoon's other game at Hillstone Road, the home side defeated Colebourne by two goals to nil to give them their first win of the season.
