Cole and Firs Share Spoils!

Colebourne and Firs take 4 points each; Paget fire blanks.
As the darkness drew in on Thursday afternoon, Paget, Colebourne and Firs slugged it out in three tense and tight affairs at Hollyfields Sports Club.
Paget opened up against Colebourne with both sides looking to add to their one and only victory of the season. Paget played some lovely football but, frustratingly, could not find the net. Colebourne hung in and hit Paget with a sucker-punch and took the points, 1-0. Firs dashed across from Hodge Hill and entered straight into a tussle with Colebourne. The game ended 1 apiece with both sides giving their all and a point each was a fair reflection of the game. Firs then went again against Paget who, for the second consecutive game, failed to trouble the scoreboard despite once again, playing some decent stuff. Firs though stole the points in a 1-0 win.
Colebourne leap up to tenth place and Firs to thirteenth, whilst Paget remain in fifteenth.
